Hi, Ravi. I have just read some of your blogs. Very interesting! I like your writing style. Keep on writing!!!

So you were an ironman triathlete??? Wow!!!!
No wonder you looked so fit!

I also checked out the vegan bodybuilders link from yr blog. Interesting. I remember watching Tony’s video about ’static contraction’ weight lifting system. It’s soooooo interesting. What do you think of that?

I checked about raw veganism and browsed some raw food recipes, coz I am curious how do you make soup without heating, how you make lasagna without heating. Wow! very interesting techniques.

Once again, great meeting you and Anastasia and Brent today. You all make my day.

Hi Ravi,
We were in Teacher Training 1 together last summer & I was googling Baron & I came across your site. It’s very impressive…I really mean that. I’ve had a rough couple of weeks & I found your site to be extremely uplifting. Take care & maybe I’ll see you at another Baron retreat!!!
Namaste,
Christina

I’m also using Thesis Theme.

Which plugin are you using for the newsletter?

What did you modify on it in order to get the background in grey color?

How did you add the yellow square text message on the front page (Welcome to SETHIGHERSTANDARDS.COM. I am Ravi Raman and am here to share tips on how to live a healthier and more joyful life!)

I’m building a blog for a friend and would like to make some small changes.

Thank you! ;)

Check out the thesis blog…that is where I learned how to do all this stuff. I can’t remember exactly what I did so I can’t tell you off the top of my head. You just modify/add some text in a few of the theme files. In terms of newsletter…I just use feedburner and they provide an option to subscribe to RSS/posts via e-mail. I don’t have any other newsletter at this time.
