		<description>I found your comment on how filler words keep one from connecting with people quite interesting. 
I have been consciously trying to keep my language as precise as possible which means cutting down on filler words. My reasoning is that it keeps the interest of the listener going and therefore leads to more accurate communication.

 Every class may it be first beginner class or the training class is of gr8 help to a yoga learner .Even after reaching any age as we are still students in the court of knoweledege so we are in the same way in yoga class .
The more and more we do it again and again and return again and again to our basics we would gain more know how and master it more and more .
