		<description>I can totally relate to your childhood experience, having growing up in Taiwan, in a family with generations of doctors. I didn&#039;t become a doctor myself (I&#039;m a professional life coach now), but I&#039;ve always believed (and was told) that I would succeed. It was stressful for me though, having all that pressure from my parents, teachers, peers, and my OWN expectations to succeed. But, I completely agree with you that it is EXTREMELY important to be mindful about the self-talk and what label you put on yourself.
